Requesting Support

For the fastest service we recommend submitting a request through our ticketing system.

Why use a ticket? We receive thousands of emails a week. To better serve you we focus on our customers tickets and phone calls as our top priority. This means that your email might not get the attention it needs, so we’ve made it as easy as possible to submit your request for support using our ticketing system. There are 3 ways to quickly start a support request.

From Your Computer (managed devices only)

You can quickly submit a ticket from our support icon in your computer task tray by clicking our logo icon near the clock and then select the Support Ticket menu item as shown in the screenshot.

This will take you directly to our support portal. The first time you visit the portal you’ll be asked to enter your email address to gain access. Just follow the link in the email (no passwords are needed). Once you have created your account you’ll be taken directly to your portal the next time you click this Support Ticket menu item.

You’ll also find other helpful links here including:

  • Contact Information | Our company contact info including address and phone number.
  • System Information | This info may be requested by our tech during a support call.
  • Maintenance Tasks | These are quick actions that can help resolve common issues.

You can use the direct link below to access the support portal at any time. This works from any device. The first time you visit this link from a new device you will be prompted to enter your email address to gain access.
