Why use a ticket? We receive thousands of emails a week. To better serve you we focus on our customers tickets and phone calls as our top priority. This means that your email might not get the attention it needs, so we’ve made it as easy as possible to submit your request for support using our ticketing system. There are 3 ways to quickly start a support request.
From Your Computer (managed devices only)
This will take you directly to our support portal. The first time you visit the portal you’ll be asked to enter your email address to gain access. Just follow the link in the email (no passwords are needed). Once you have created your account you’ll be taken directly to your portal the next time you click this Support Ticket menu item.
